3D PRINTING RESEARCH CENTER
With years of accumulation, Trauson has realized the controllable manufacturing of trabecular structure, density, distribution, Young's modulus, strength and other variables by independently developing software and technology, which has laid a solid foundation for the future of 3D-printed orthopedic implants.
TOMA DATABASE
TOMA(Trauson Orthopaedic Modeling & Analytics)is a virtual bone database independently developed by Trauson, which contains thousands of real clinical data. It enables continuous improvement and innovation in the field of orthopedic treatment through the realization of the following functions
Collect CT data and establish a 3D bone model
Automatic measurement and statistical analysis of bone models
Product design based on bone measurement results
The simulated assembly and preoperative planning of TOMA bone were performed
TESTING CENTER
It is the first local orthopedic enterprise laboratory recognized by CNAS and ISO 17025 in China. It is qualified for calibration and testing according to international standards. After years of experience accumulation, it has been recognized by the industry and experts.
Since 2012, Trauson Testing Center has participated in a total of 25 medical device industry standard drafting and verification projects, undertaking the formulation of testing standards for medical device products by the China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), and drafting and verification of a number of industry standards.
