Ph.D. Wang Aiguo
Chairman and General Manager

Mr. Wang, Ph.D. from Cambridge University, has over 22 years of experience in medical devices industry and 8 years in executive leadership roles. Major areas of contributions to orthopaedics: X3 highly cross-linked polyethylene bearing technology, Tritanium porous metal fixation technology, laser additive manufacturing and Ebeam 3D printing, the Stryker Virtual Bone Database and Analytics (SOMA).
As a world renowned leader in orthopaedic biomaterials, biomechanics, biotribology, advanced manufacturing research, Dr. Wang has more than 120 scientific publications and 20 plus US patents; Dr. Wang is also a visiting professor of three of China¡¯s top universities, Research Leader of the Year Award by the New Jersey Hi-Tech Hall of Fame and MVP Awards by Stryker Othopaedics. In Stryker Group, Dr. Wang is a highly-respected and distinguished Chinese representative.


Mr. Martin Zhongwei, Legal and Compliance Officer

Mr. Martin Zhongwei, Tian joined Trauson as Legal and Compliance Officer in December 2013. He is fully responsible for all the legal and compliance affairs of Trauson. Mr. Tian graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 1999 and Queen Mary, University of London in 2007. He received the Master of Law degrees from China and UK respectively. Mr. Tian has worked as a prosecutor for around 10 years and subsequently, has practiced laws in international law firm and multinational companies. Prior to joining Trauson, he served as Compliance Director and Legal Counsel in Boston Scientific China for 2 years. Earlier than that, he was a Senior Associate in McDermott Will & Emery China Law Offices, mainly focused on civil and commercial dispute resolution and corporate compliance for 3 years. Mr. Tian not only has extensive legal experiences, but also has an in-depth understanding to specific legal and compliance matters of healthcare industry.

TzeChong Chiam£¬CFO

Mr. Chiam joined Trauson Group as CFO in March of year 2013. He obtained a Master of Business in Professional Accounting from Victoria University of Technology, Australia. He is also an associate member of CPA Australia. He joined Stryker as the financial director of Stryker South Asia in year 2005. In August, 2008, he was appointed as Finance and Information Technology Director of Stryker¡¯s manufacturing operations in Suzhou. With a significant working experience, Chiam has been working in different multinational companies in different industries, such as multi-media, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and medical.

Mr. Cheng De Sheng, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Cheng joined Trauson group in year 2012. He has over 16 years of professional experience in production and operation management and possesses a solid engineering background. He also has extensive manufacturing experience in precise equipment manufacturing operations management. Prior to joining Trauson, Mr. Cheng served at Johnson & Johnson Medical (Depuy-Suzhou) Ltd. for nearly 5 years, responsible for and participating in the construction of its facilities in China, project integration and post-completion operations management. Being one of the core management members, Mr. Cheng was nominated to participate in Johnson & Johnson¡¯s global leadership program and awarded the ¡°Global Leadership Profile¡± issued by Johnson & Johnson¡¯s headquarters for his outstanding management achievements.

Chen Jia Kang, General Manager of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Chen joined the Trauson Group in year 2011 and is responsible for the sales and marketing strategies of the group. He is also the General Manager of Shanghai Gongping Trading Co., Ltd which is a subsidiary of Trauson Holdings. Prior to joining Trauson, Mr. Chen served as the director of marketing at Medinno, the Chinese subsidiary of Medicrea, a French company. Prior to that, he held the position of business director of surgical business at Shanghai Hotin Trading Company, Harvest Trading Group since 2004. Mr. Chen began his corporate career in 2003 at Shanghai Orthopaedic Innovation Company as a product specialist and regional manager. Mr. Chen is a qualified orthopaedic surgeon and graduated from Jiangxi Medical College specializing in clinical medicine and health management. He has over five years of clinical experience.

David Dai, GM Assistant & Director of Strategic Development

David received mechanical bachelor degree from TSINGHUA University in 1987, be accepted EMBA from Shanghai JiaoTong University in 2005, and certified GE (LDP7) Leadership Development Program (2000 ¨C 2001). David has more than 25 years business management experiences with Sales & Marketing role , including 17+ years in medical care related field, work for MNC including GE Medical , Medtronic Medical and B. Braun Medical etc. Strong Sales Channel management and Sales Operation System Management ability with the outstanding performance track record. Work well with a multi-cultural and diverse work force. Integrity, analytical and strategic thinking, a creative thinker and mature decision maker. Strong Leadership & Team-work.


Cai Yong, Director of R&D Department

Mr. Cai joined Trauson Group in year 2002 and is responsible for product research and development. He has been serving as group¡¯s technical director since 2005, leading and participating in the design of many a products that won patent licenses. He is a senior engineer with 18 years of experience in mechanics engineering and machinery design. Prior to joining Trauson, he held various technical positions in equipment manufacturing companies. Mr. Cai finished an EMBA program from Overseas Education College Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and is currently studying the MBA courses at the City University of Macau.

Mr. Nicholas Nai-guang Dong, Chief Engineer.

Mr. Dong has been in the R&D of Stryker Orthopaedics for 26 years, meanwhile he was well known as one of the most honorable engineer and inventors in Stryker. He held dozens of Unite State patents and made a significant contribution to the high technology in medical area, especially in the R&D of the joint implants and instruments.
His great inventions include Trident hip replacement system, titanium joint and Asian hip replacement system. His outstanding contributions also include the Stryker Orthopaedics Modeling and Analytics (SOMA) and the development and application of 3D printing technology.
Mr. Dong attended Shanghai Second Medical School, later he achieved the master of engineering in New York University. Now, he is the link between the Trauson R&D and the Stryker R&D in US and Europe.


Ms. Anny Fan , Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs

Ms. Anny Fan has served as our Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs since Nov 2013. In this role, she manages the quality and regulatory affairs. Ms. Fan received Master of Science degree in Regulatory Affairs from California State University. She has over 14 years of experience in the medical industry with particular focus on the regulatory and quality management. Prior to this role, she held several positions with world leading companies including Nuvasive, and VWR, etc. Ms. Fan brings an extensive experience in quality management of medical device manufacturing, regulatory registration of orthopedic devices, and regulatory compliance of product life cycle including research activities and post market vigilance.

Tan Chen Hang, Director of HR & Administration

Mr. Tan joined Trauson Group in year 2012. He graduated from Finance and Economics Department of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and MBA from Guangdong University of Business Studies. He has over 16 years of professional experience in human resources and administration. He was working in HR management roles at a large Hong Kong-listed company and several Chinese famous corporations. Mr. Tan has rich experience in HR management, especially knowledgeable and experience at HR strategies in Chinese culture and HR system establishment.

Rebecca Han, Director of Public Relations

Ms. Han joined Trauson Group in May of year 2008. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from Tianjin University of Commerce. She is fully in charge of the board affairs of Trauson Group and its subsidiaries, public relations and internal communications within Trauson Group and the communications between Trauson Group and its Parent Company---Stryker. Besides, she is also responsible for daily communications with government in relation to corporate development and educational training programs for surgeons. At the end of 2008, she took charge of the IPO preparation and with her strenuous efforts, Trauson became the first China¡¯s domestic orthopedic company listed at the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange. As a major representative for Trauson Group for the program of ¡°The Acquisition of Trauson by Stryker¡±, with her and the team¡¯s consistent efforts, Ms. Han facilitated to help both parties achieve their targets and bring a successful conclusion to the acquisition. Ms. Han has also established continuous cooperation with internationally famous Law Firms such as Latham & Watkins and Ashurst, and multiple prestigious auditing firms, such as Deloitte and PWC, and she has acquired abundant experiences in IPO, acquisition and mega projects. Furthermore, Ms. Han possesses the knowledge of Hong Kong Corporation Law and Cayman Corporation Law with three-year management experience of board of directors of Trauson.

Xiaosong Xi, Director of Technology Development

Mr. Xiaosong Xi joined Trauson as our Director of Technology Development Dept March in 2013. He is fully responsible for all the usage and management of enterprise-supported polices from Chinesegovernment. Mr. Xi graduated from Macau University with Master degreeof Business Administration. He has over 15 years of experiencein themanagement of enterprise-supported polices from Chinese government, including tax-deducting as High-Tech enterprise, financial support for R£¦D breakthrough and top talents recruitment, and other company honorscertification, et al. Mr. Xiis very familiarwiththe medical industry particular focus ongovernment supports and the whole set of process management. His work is much important to optimize allocation of resources andachievestrategic developments of Trauson.
