Mr Qian Xiao Jin, Director of Public Affairs of the group and Secretary of the Board. He obtained his MBA degree from Simon Fraser University, Canada and is a senior economist. He serves as a member of Changzhou Municipal Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). With years of experience in orthopaedic product marketing, Mr Qian is mainly responsible for public relations and assists CEO in managing product sales. He also serves as Director of Public Relations. Based in Beijing, Mr Qian has thorough understanding of regulations and policies of orthopaedic industry and reports to the group on emerging industry trends.

Mr Cai Yong, Executive Director and Director of R&D and Testing Centre of the group. He joined the group in 2002 and engaged in product research and development. He has served as group’s technical director since 2005, leading and participating in the design of several products that won patent licenses. He is a senior engineer with 18 years of experience in mechanics engineering and machinery design. Prior to joining the group, he held various technical positions in equipment manufacturing companies.Mr Cai studied an EMBA program from Overseas Education College Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and is currently studying the MBA courses at the City University of Macau.

Mr Ho Ka Man Barry, Chief Financial Officer of the group. He joined the Group in 2012 and has rich experience in corporate accounting and finance, as well as in the capital market. Before joining the group, he has worked for a Hong Kong-listed Chinese company as group assistant president and qualified accountant. He has also worked for banks and an asset management company. Mr Ho possesses a Master of Applied Finance degree from the Macquarie University of Australia and a MBA degree from the University of Sydney in Australia. Mr Ho is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants. He is also a member of the U.S. Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts, the Hong Kong Institute of Financial Planners, and the Hong Kong Securities Institute.

Mr Chen Jia Kang, General Manager of Sales. He joined the Group in 2011 and is mainly responsible for the sales and marketing strategies of the group. He is also the General Manager of Shanghai Gongping Trading Co., Ltd which is a subsidiary of Trauson Holdings. Prior to joining the group, Mr Chen served as the director of marketing at Medinno, the Chinese subsidiary of Medicrea, a French company. Prior to that, he held the position of business director of surgical business at Shanghai Hotin Trading Company, Harvest Trading Group since 2004. Mr Chen began his corporate career in 2003 at Shanghai Orthopaedic Innovation Company as a product specialist and regional manager. Mr Chen is a qualified orthopaedic surgeon and graduated from Jiangxi Medical College specializing in clinical medicine and health management. He has over five years of clinical experience.

Mr Cheng De Sheng, Chief Operating Officer of the group. He joined the group in 2012. He has over 16 years of professional experience in production and operation management and possesses a solid engineering background. He also has extensive manufacturing experience in precise equipment manufacturing operations management. Prior to joining the group, Mr Cheng served at Johnson & Johnson Medical (Depuy-Suzhou) Ltd. for nearly 5 years, responsible for and participating in the construction of its facilities in China, project integration and post-completion operations management. Being one of the core management members, Mr Cheng was nominated to participate in Johnson & Johnson’s global leadership program and awarded the “Global Leadership Profile” issued by Johnson & Johnson’s headquarters for his outstanding management achievements.

Mr Fan Jia Zhen, Finance Director of the group. He joined the group in 2007 and worked as Finance Director. He was directly involved in the group’s pre-IPO investment and IPO process. He possesses PRC Certified Public Accountant, Certified Tax Agent and Certified Tax Planner. He also obtained a Master of Accounting degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the qualification of CFO by Shanghai National Accounting Institute. Mr Fan has years of experience at an accounting firm and served as finance manager of a famous Chinese home appliance chain enterprise.

Ms Li Ya Wen, Deputy General Manager of Sales Department. She joined the group in 2003 and was appointed as the national sales manager of Trauson (Jiangsu) Medical Instrument Co., Ltd in February 2006. She was promoted to the current position in 2011. Ms Li is primarily responsible for the group’s domestic marketing and sales. In 2008, she completed a MBA program from Overseas Education College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She was recognized as Senior Economist by Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security in April 2012. She is now studying the MBA courses at the City University of Macau.

Mr Rui Yong, Marketing Director of the group. He joined the group in 2010 and is responsible for the group’s marketing planning and clinical registration management. Prior to joining the group, he has 4 years of distribution channel management and marketing experience at a well-known spine products company. Mr Rui is a qualified orthopaedic surgeon with a Master degree of Orthopaedics from Tongji University. He has 4 years of clinical experience in orthopaedics at an “AAA” hospital in Shanghai.

Ms Huang Hai Yun, Director of Internal Audit and Compliance Officer of the group. She joined the group in 2010 and was responsible for the establishment and management of the group’s internal audit and control team. She is CIA, CCSA, CRMA, PRC Certified Tax Agent and Accountant, with a Bachelor of Economics degree and a MBA degree from Nanjing University. Ms Huang previously served as the internal audit manager and manager of supervision and audit department at a famous trading group. She has rich experience in corporate internal audit and control management.

Mr Tan Chen Hang, Director of HR of the group. He joined our group in 2012. MBA,He has over 16 years of professional human resources work experience. He was previously responsible for HR management at a large Hong Kong-listed company and several Chinese famous corporations. Mr Tan has rich experience in HR management, especially knowledgeable and experience at HR strategies in Chinese culture and HR system establishment.

Mr Gao Yi,  Director of Manufacturing at Orthmed. He joined the group in 2007 and was previously the assistant of the group’s chairman. He was then appointed as the director of manufacturing at Trauson. He is mainly in charge of the manufacturing and management of Trauson. Before joining the group, Mr Gao worked as the engineering manager and plant engineering manager at SAE Magnetics (subsidiary of TDK) and Fujitsu. He is an expertise in production, quality assurance and human resources management. Mr Gao has more than 10 years of management experience. He possesses a Bachelor degree of Engineering and a MBA degree.

Mr Wang Le,Director of Manufacturing at Trauson. He joined the group in 2005 and is currently the director of manufacturing at Orthmed. He is in charge of overall manufacturing management. Mr Wang has rich experience in operations management, precise improvement and mechanical manufacturing technology. He attended manufacturing and process development training in Japan by Toyota and operations optimization training in the US by TBM. Mr Wang studied an EMBA program from Overseas Education College Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and is currently studying the MBA courses at the City University of Macau.
